Negotiated and ultimately managed to get us the Villa we wanted at a price and condition that was acceptable to us. Provided excellent guidance through the entire process and kept us well informed. Recommended that we have an inspection performed on the property which in the end was a life saver. The inspection revealed numerous problems that required immediate attention which she negotiated the terms and conditions of the repairs to be performed by owner. This was not an easy purchase and had a lot of nuances that is not normal or ordinary in a purchase agreement. She basically held our hand through the countless days ( approximately 3 months) of negotiation and we were probably not an easy client. She stayed the course and we sincerely appreciate all her efforts.
